In addition to presenting Zeffirino’s signature dishes and its Pesto Genovese, Executive Chef Thierry Paludetto has drawn inspiration from illustrious recipes handed down from generation to generation by the Belloni family. With this rich culinary heritage as his guide, Chef Paludetto has carefully crafted a contemporary and innovative menu that highlights the diversity and richness of Italian culinary tradition. This harmonious fusion of tradition and innovation promises a unique culinary experience in Paris’ 8th arrondissement.

Italian elegance by Cédric Capron
For Zeffirino, decorator Cédric Capron, awarded Meilleur Ouvrier de France in Painting and Decoration in 2013, has designed a sumptuous setting with a glamorous and elegant atmosphere. Featuring custom-made furniture, fine craftsmanship, wood paneling, and rare Cipolino Verde marble, Zeffirino’s Parisian address pays tribute to the Italy of the Roaring Twenties and the opulent transalpine style of the 1970s. Chic and sexy, but never ostentatious, the restaurant and its terrace feature elegantly set tables with tablecloths, while the goose-feather seating is upholstered in fabrics from Maison Pierre Frey. Time stands still…
