Official supplier to the Vatican, the family has been making its recipe for 9 decades with the finest ingredients, including organic, hand-picked basil from Prà, Parmigiano Reggiano and extra-virgin olive oil from Liguria. Signature dishes at this Genoese establishment include Paffutelli alla Frank, in homage to Frank Sinatra’s adaptation of the place, Trofie al Pesto and the delicious Focaccia di Recco.
