Located on the third floor, the restaurant is set within the spectacular former Council Hall, a historic amphitheatre whose majestic architecture immediately creates an almost theatrical staging.
In this timeless setting, the cuisine reveals the full subtlety of Ligurian tradition, with precise gestures, exceptional products and emblematic recipes such as the Genoese pesto, interpreted with accuracy.

Fresh pasta made daily, exceptional ingredients and iconic recipes come together to create an authentic cuisine, faithful to the heritage of the house.
A signature of the house, the Genoese pesto is prepared according to the original recipe with basil from Pra, Parmigiano Reggiano, Pecorino, pine nuts, garlic and extra virgin olive oil, traditionally crushed in a mortar.
